Position: Permanent, full time
Hours of work: Based on an average of 47 hours per week. This will include a Saturday AM rota (1 in 2) and a late-night rota 1 day a week (12:30 to 22:00)
Salary: £20k - £25k DOE
Monthly bonus scheme based on achieving sales/profit target Approx. £75 - £100 per month.
Our client, a well-established motor trade company with headquarters in Southampton offers total transport solutions to businesses. They are a professional organisation with access to an international dealer network. They help their customers in choosing the right vehicle, arrange financing and keep customer’s fleets in perfect condition. They are now looking for a Part Sales Advisor to join their team in Southampton.
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Advisor who has experience in the HGV or LCV industry. The right candidate will have a proven track record of Parts Sales, as they will be actively involved in driving front and workshop counter sales. We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage their day to day responsibilities within the parts sales department.
The role involves working closely with the Parts Sales Advisory team and Parts Sales Representatives. You will be processing sales orders via email, telephone and other channels, as well at the front and workshop counters based on site. The successful candidate will work to upsell products and drive campaign initiatives wherever possible.
You will be expected to provide after sales support to our client’s customers which may include visiting sites and delivering parts when necessary.
