Location: UK Based
Position: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.
Salary: £32 to 40k + DOE
 
Our client has been at the forefront of Construction Health and Safety consultancy for fifteen years. It is our passion to provide professional and effective solutions for their clients, using bespoke systems, leading technology and a team of dedicated, qualified consultants. We now have the opportunity for a Client Account Manager to join their team.
 
The successful candidate will come from a Construction Health and Safety background and will be responsible for providing an excellent level of service and professionalism for clients, ensuring effective delivery of all technical and administrative support. Working in alignment with the company's core vision and values.
 
Duties will include:
 
  • Maintain, establish and develop good working relationships with Clients.
  • Working with clients and their supply chains to provide effective Health and Safety training, presentations, etc. as required.
  • Attend Client meetings and provide guidance and advice on current projects and suitability and/or changes required to current management processes.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with current legislation.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to company safety advisors as required.
  • Effectively manage work flow generated by clients to ensure standards are maintained and facilitate meetings so that objectives can be achieved.
Essential requirements:
 
  • MIOSH (or working towards)
  • Experience of working in a Health and Safety role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with C-level executives and Managers.
  • Operational experience within the Construction Sector desirable.
  • You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial understanding.
 
You will need to be a strong leader and people manager with proven Health and Safety management experience alongside relevant professional Health and Safety qualifications.
 
The successful candidate will have full back-office support, with opportunity for performance related bonus.
