Administration Team Leader
Location: Holt, Wimborne
Position: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday. 40 hours per week.
Salary: £21k+ DOE
 
Our client has been at the forefront of Construction Health and Safety consultancy for fifteen years. It is their passion to provide professional and effective solutions for their clients, using bespoke systems, leading technology, and a team of dedicated, qualified consultants. We now have the opportunity for an Admin Team Leader to join their team.
 
The successful candidate will have office administration experience and be confident in their ability to effectively lead a team of Administrators to complete all work to a high standard and in a timely manner.
 
Duties will include:
 
  • Maintain, establish and develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Allocate work to your team, reviewing, prioritising and redistributing work where appropriate and ensuring completion is on time and in full.
  • Champion an environment of continuous improvement throughout your department, identifying and implementing ways to make processes more efficient.
 
Essential requirements:
 
  • Administration/Supervisor experience, preferably with experience of dealing with Health and Safety admin, or from within the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with C-level executives and Managers.
  • Ability to manage, motivate and engage a team of Administration Assistants.
  • You will be able to demonstrate strong commercial understanding.
